OK Flux 10.62

OK Flux 10.62 is een minerale niet-legerende flux waardoor de samenstelling van het lasmetaal onafhankelijk van de parameters bepaald wordt door de keuze van de lasdraad. Daardoor is OK Flux 10.62 geschikt voor het meerlagenlassen van dikke materialen met één- of meerdere draden. De flux is ontwikkeld voor het één- of meerlaagslassen van zacht, medium en hoge sterktestalen of laaggelegeerde stalen met kerfslagwaarden tot -60°C. Vanwege zijn hoogbasisch karakter verdraagt hij hoge stromen, zowel op AC als DC. Om de productiviteit te verhogen zonder aan mechanische waarden in te boeten, kan men gebruik maken van ijzerpoedertoevoeging. OK Flux 10.62 is zeer geschikt voor narrow-gap lassen, vanwege de goede slaklossing en aanvloeiing. Drukvaten voor nucleaire toepassingen en offshoreconstructies waar goede CTOD waarden geëist worden zijn typische toepassingsgebieden voor deze flux. OK Flux 10.62 last best bij wat lagere spanning. De flux geeft een las met laag zuurstof- (ong. 300 ppm) en waterstofgehalte.(< 5ml/100 gr)
